[glow=pink,2,300]RAO[/glow] His long, strong legs and lengthy strides brought him to record speeds across the Outlands side of the border. Focused totally and completely on running, he crossed the border. The world moved so fast around him that he couldn't tell where he was, only that he was beating his record. Ignorant of the scent markers and all his surroundings, his foot caught a stone and he slipped. He rolled over a few times and skidded to a stop on his stomach.
He tried to lift his head, but, dazed, it fell back down. Nothing hurt, but everything was spinning. "Ughh..."
He shut his eyes tight and tried to stop the visions and spinning earth that flashed in front of his eyes. He felt like he was two places at once, but to any sane person watching, he wasn't. Of course, he actually thought he was in his own territory as well. Legend: Thoughts "My words" "Others' words"

Large paws compressed both dirt and dust as the chocolate male padded the fine line between the pridelands and the outlands. He wasn't sure why he was even here really, the Outlands was the one place he didn't want to be...at least not yet. It was true he wanted to see how his old pride was faring but at the same time he didn't even want to know. It was a confusing feeling to feel a want to return and also a want to distance himself from a past he couldn't stand. Sharp hazel eyes peered into the distance at the Outlands and one foot was planted firmly on the very side the territory started on. A deep breath rumbled through the male and he hesitated about to take a step but all too soon his resolve was broken when a distraction went whizzing past. A welcome distraction, Tofa gratefully turned towards the heap of spotted and groaning fur with curiosity obvious in his expression.
The thoughts of returning to the Outlands were all but forgotten as the male made his way over to the cheetah that lay sprawled in the dirt. He put on his best fierce face he could muster and stood at his full height, not a very impressive height but his mass of muscle made up for it, and stood overshadowing the cheetah. He scowled and looked down his nose at the thinner cat and cocked his head to the side, his mane twisting in a slight breeze before falling into disarray. "Don't you know you're trespassing Cheetah? Or are you just a very spotty Pridelander?" the last word came out as a chuckle. He didn't disrespect Simba but it was well known that the King of the Pridelands was no bully and rather hospitable in the best of circumstances.
Tofa grinned cheekily and dropped into a more relaxed posture, "Relax...that was a rough tumble you took? Pretty cool" the male grinned again and nodded his large head. He wasn't sure if the Cheetah was friendly or not but he'd find out, not that he was extremely worried. He didn't like to fight but he could take care of himself and he outweighed this cat but a large margin that was for sure. If it came to blows Tofa was sure he could always just sit on him until he calmed down...or stopped breathing. [/size]

[glow=pink,2,300]RAO[/glow] His head continued to spin, around with the world around him. Thoughts, for the most part, seemed to lack cohesiveness. A voice came from near him, but he wasn't able to point out the direction.
"Don't you know you're trespassing, cheetah? Or are you just a very spotty Pridelander?" Though he didn't chuckle, it was woven into his voice. "I happen to be a very spotty Outlander," he answered with his voice equally chuckle-y. He attempted to stand suddenly. "Wait, trespassing?" Whoops... He tumbled back down, unable to retain his balance with the world still at dizzying speeds. "Relax," he replied, "that was quite a rough tumble you took. Pretty cool..."
He was able to gather a general picture of the newcomer. Large; large enough to sit on him. Brown; a stocky chocolate body. Lion; evidence of a mane was clear. Goodhearted; his jokes were clear enough.
"Hah! Doesn't hurt, really... I do think I broke my record, finally." Legend: Thoughts "My words" "Others' words"

The Cheetah seemed good natured so Tofa dropped down onto his belly and crossed his paws in front of him. With the way the other seemed to lack balance at the moment he figured he'd be there for a moment anyways, no need to wear out his feet doing so. When he admitted to being a spotty Outlander Tofa almost balked but stopped himself on a shadow of apprehension crossing his murky features before he cleared his throat. Before the male could take a tumble again Tofa moved forward to provide a solid leaning post and glanced over at the slender legged creature. He didn't remember any Cheetahs so it was doubtful this one knew anything about him. His pride had probably been happy to get rid of him.
Their loss.
The Cheetah was plucky, that much was obvious and Tofa chuckled. "Record?" he asked curiously and waited for the male to steady before moving away and back into his sitting position. His tail flopped behind him good naturedly and he looked amused slightly, his memory decided to jog and let him know he hadn't introduced himself. Despite the other being an Outlander he didn't see the harm, maybe he could even get some information about his old Pride from him if he was careful. "I'm Tofauti by the way but just call me Tofa, and don't worry about the tresspassing status. I happen to be doing the same" he grinned cheekily and shook out his mane.
It might have been more impressive if they had been on someone elses land with others around but it seemed they were alone for now.

[glow=pink,2,300]RAO[/glow] "Record?" The mystery lion inquired. He chuckled.
"Yeah! First time I've gone that fast! Of course I was paying more attention to that than where I was so..." He smirked at himself.
"I'm Tofauti by the way, but just call me Tofa. And don't worry about the trespassing status. I happen to be doing the same." Rao laughed at the odds. He liked this lion, Tofa. All creatures that came from the Outlands seemed to have this sour overall attitude that Rao was quite opposite of. This stranger was more like him than anyone he had yet found. He could grow to like Tofa very much. He smiled up at Tofa, his head finally stopped spinning.
"Rao." Legend: Thoughts "My words" "Others' words"

Black Moon had crossed the border he had to admit but his chase kept running away. He had eventually caught the rascal and ate until his belly was full. His mane was flowing in the wind and his nose smelt 2 male cats. One was a lion and another one was a cheetah. He roared a message that said he was coming and he looked around.
He used his scent to try and find them and eventually saw them talking. Socializing. He quietly crawled over and bowed his head showing he meant no harm and that he just wanted to socialize. "Hello, I am Black Moon, the Body Guard and Lead Warrior for the Pride Lands. What might your names be, Spot and Brownie?! He laughed.
He was joking around and usually played around like that for fun but some people took it personally. He looked into both of their eyes and sat down, with his mane flowing in the air and his golden coat and mane shining in the bright sunlight. He licked his paw and glanced at them both.
