quick description - Slender, well-built, muscular, flexible, silk-soft fur, daunting eyes, look of sorrow, sincere-looking, strong-willed, looking a bit clumsy, but mostly gracious
full description - Vianna looks like the average goldenrod-lioness. Her fur lies between yellow and gold, causing her to almost blend in with sunrise and sunset. Her body-build is mostly muscular and slender, though she also looks like a flexible big cat. Though she is mostly slender, her shoulders are broad and her tail is the average length, too. There’s a scar on it, just before the tip, a result from a shallow bite of a rival. The strong look of her body doesn’t compensate with the clumsy look she gives to others, mostly given by the way she moves. When Vianna moves, she seems to think about every move, setting every paw in front of the other carefully, like she’s afraid to make a slip and crash down on the earth. Though the big cat is well-built, she also looks strong-willed, but a string of sadness and sincerity hangs around her at all times. In combination with the gracious and elegant way she can move, most other lions will think twice before communicating with her.
personality - HARD TO GET...Vianna, although mostly looking depressed, is a friendly lioness who will sometimes help others in need. Mostly, she keeps to herself, staying out of trouble as much as she can. When it comes down to motives of other creatures, Vianna hardly ever trusts anyone. Never has she let anyone to reach her core or soul.
SORROWFUL AND DISTANT... From a distance, most animals can already sense that she’s unreachable. When talking to other lions, the big cat usually speaks calmly and reserved, strengthening the look of sincerity she has. Sometimes she’s found looking very sad, if not always, and seems to be very far away. That look of sadness comes from her youth, and the reason she never let’s anyone get close to her heart.
NEVER WILL... Vianna would never have cubs out of love: only for the survival of her kind and her bloodline. She is never open for love or any act of love or intimacy, not even the most handsome male lion could cause her stone heart to melt. In case she would mate and get cubs, she would threat them friendly but casually, learning them the skills they need to survive, or otherwise leaving them somewhere others can raise them.
HEART THAT MELTS... Sometimes other lions will find signs about Vianna, that she’s going to change or is already changing. Though mostly those signs are false or just a play of imagination, who says they can’t be true deep inside?
history - EARLY YOUTH
Vianna was born to a Vineland lioness, with an unknown father, most likely from the Outlands. Her early youth was like she is now: sorrowful and distant. Her mother always threated her like she’d been a mistake, a regretful mistake. She was fed and learned to hunt, but more because her mother would be able to leave her very soon instead of raising out of love. After a small year, her mother chased her away.
NEUTRAL LANDS
After being chased away from her mother, lone Vianna considered venturing to the Outlands, to find her father, but decided against it. Her father had never tried to contact her, let alone raise her or show her any love, and her mother had always hit her whenever she’d asked questions about it. So she’d gone to the Neutral Lands, in hopes of finding a small patch of land she could use to hunt on. Surviving was though, but her mother had learned her just the right skills for that.
GABRIEL
After six long months of surviving in the Neutral Lands, she met brown male lion Gabriel. He was about the same age as her, and they found out they had many things in common. This lion did the impossible: win Vianna’s heart. They spent a long time of hunting, talking and occasionally swimming and playing together, but at some point things had gone downhill. Pridelanders came and claimed that Gabriel, who’d been out hunting at the time, had killed one of their pride. Vianna denied it, refused to believe that her friend would do such a thing, and she went out to warn her beloved one for the males...
BETRAYAL
When she finally found Gabriel, he was captured in a fight, covered in blood and it certainly wasn’t his own blood. Vianna could do nothing but watch her Gabriel hurting another, seemingly innocent lion. She yelled to the other lion that they were wrong, that her friend would never hurt, let alone kill someone innocent. Until she saw the deadly and fatal sway of the brown lion’s paw, ending the life of the other.
BROKEN HEART
With a broken heart filled with sorrow, Vianna demanded answers. Gabriel, who had his muzzle covered in blood from trashing the other male around violently, told her that he’d never loved her, just used her for his own amusement. It had been so much fun to watch Vianna deny every bad thing he’d done. The male lashed at her, making her trip and fall on the ground. Gabriel towered over her, and the lioness tried to get away desperately. She begged for him to love her, asking if he would kill her without feeling any regret or guilt. Her best friend just laughed, made a little cut on her left front leg and left her to fend for herself. The wound eventually healed, leaving no scars, but her heart and soul would never heal from this, being scarred forever by the betrayel...
VINELANDS
After Gabriel’s betrayal, Vianna had no choice but to return to the Vinelands. She hoped to win her mother’s empathy by telling her about her former best friend. But when she arrived, other lions told her that her mother had disappeared, just like that. She always refused to believe it, but there were whispers about her mother venturing with a brown lion from the Outlands... Gabriel.
other - I looked on the site given for finding pictures, and I can hardly find any. I haven’t registered on that site, is that necessary? Or am I doing something wrong with searching? (I typed in “lion” then “Lioness” but I always seem to end up with posts filled with text, rather than pictures or drawings)

WHEATER ALWAYS HATES ME...
It was evening, but the blazing sun still managed to illusionate small flames under the animals’ feet. In the scorching heat, only the thickest vines and the strongest plants would survive, leaving all the weaker, smaller plants to die. Some were already turning the disgusting, brown rotten colour that the lions frowned upon so much. The ground brought forward muffled thuds and sprawling sand and dust when anything dared to set it’s foot down on it. Resulting in a burning, scorching feeling that would force them to hop to their destination. One creature had lived here for so long, that the heat didn’t bother her anymore. She could walk for long periods of time, drinking time included. In her evening stroll, the lioness sniffed at the dead, almost black plants and wrinkled her nose in disgust.
EMOTIONS NEVER BOTHER ME...
Continuing her stroll, the lioness purred softly. She enjoyed the heat, after a long time of the ground soaking her paws, pulling them in the mud, and the rain inevitably soaking her fur. It always made her feel like she was carrying dead weight, the feeling of her wet fur hanging down like it wanted to come off. After half an hour of walking, Vianna reached her destination and pleased with herself, she lapped up the murky water. Of course, there wasn’t much left after weeks of drought. But it was enough to trearu and guard like it were jewels made of gold and crystal. Surely, she would never let any outlander, lions from another pride, use up all the vital and life-giving water. She hadn’t claimed the little pool for herself, but it was only about time for that...
LET ME SHAPE UP TO YOU...
Soon after she’d drank from the brown water, Vianna’s body felt like it would overheat, and the lioness hastily lie down into the shadows of a thick fern. The shadow was supposed to be cooling, but it was only a few degrees from the boiling heat in the full sun. Her tail twitched a few times, chasing away those naughty and surely annoying flies... She could stay here forever, and she almost would, because the warmth lulled her into a deep, dreamless sleep before she could even think about going elsewhere.
