quick description - A small sandy brown lioness with green eyes and a cream colored streak on her right side.
full description -
Ukali has a lithe, powerful looking figure. She appears to be decently fed despite how little food she gets. Her body has taken on a balanced shape that allows her to run swiftly yet attack with great power. Her claws are a dark ebony color and are half of an inch longer than a normal lioness's claws would be.
There are multiple scars on this female's body the most prominant however is a wide gash on her right shoulder. The bright pink flesh is a strong offset to her appearance as it disrupts the female's color with it's prescence. The female's sand colored fur is an odd type of color, usually a badlander would have much darker fur but instead she has this light shade of brown and what's odder is the cream colored spot running across her right side. Her fur color makes her stand out against the darker colors of the badlands, thus making it harder to catch prey.
personality -
Ukali's personality is like that of a viper, it only takes a few mere seconds before she sinks her teeth into you. Her anger is a deadly feat that controls most of her brain. It doesn't matter if you're friend or foe if you manage to get on this lioness's bad side then you should expect to be feeling claws or teeth ripping at you. Ukali's rage can last for days depending on the severity of what caused it. During this time there are few lions who are spared the female's anger.
With an anger that fuels most of her actions it is hard to believe that Ukali has any good qualities. Fortunately she does it's just the fact that her anger is her most powerful trait that blocks these good traits. All in all Ukali has a secret adoration of cubs. She is a very motherly figure and teds to be quite gentle around the tiny creatures. This however, does not stop her anger from showing itself but this is something she does not know how to control yet so to ensure that she does not frighten the cubs she will often walk away from them to take her anger out on something else. Ukali sometimes wishes that her rage would diminish as quickly as possibly for she believes that the reason she does not have cubs of her own is due to her severe anger issues and her lack of a mate.
Ukali's reaction to males is slightly different than one would think could come from her. She does not care much for the other gender dispite her desire to have cubs. She believes that females are much more powerful than males and that males don't have much of a use. There are a few males that she likes but no more than 3 at the most. She has always been this way and nobody understands why but they believe she is this way because of an opionion she formed during her cubhood.
history - As a cub, Ukali had been born with a twin brother named Itakar. Itakar and Ukali were complete opposites in everything besides their appearance. Itakar was lazy and rude while Ukali was viscious yet motherly, Itakar Was easy to get along with and Ukali was slightly anti social. Ukali grew to dislike her brother and especially disliked how lazy he was. Many of the males in her pride had hung around with Itakar and did nothing all day which led Ukali to believe that all males were lazy and females did all the work.
As she grew older Ukali did her best to grow into a good huntress to make her family proud. She trained many a day so she could learn the proper hunting techniques until finally she had grown into a great huntress. There came a day when Itakar asked if he could help his sister do a hunt and Ukali eagerly agreed thinking that perhaps she had inspired her brother to become more active. She wanted her brother to try to catch his first zebra and had everything planned out, she would frighten the herd sending them in the direction her brother was in so he could go in for the kill. Something went wrong however. When her brother attempted to pounce on a small zebra he missed and tumbled into the herd being injured by the many hooves of the frightened herd. When the herd had left Ukali rushed to where her brother layed bloodied and beaten but he had managed to survive. It was a miracle for the young lion who thought for sure he would die. Unfortunately the traumatic experience prevented him from hunting again.

roleplay example -
The scorching african sun beat down upon the bare and treeless badlands. There was little shade in this barren land and the animals that resided here began to burn with the rays of the firey sun. A small sandy brown lioness stood there proudly holding a small zebra in her mouth. She had hunted in another pride's territory and she knew that it would not have been good if she was caught but she did it anyways because her pride needed food. The young female dragged her prey along, taking careful steps and being sure not to drop the carcass in her mouth. This zebra would make a good meal for her pride and she was certain that the cubs of her pride would be very pleased to have a good meal to eat. There was a slight sound of growling while the female continued to drag her kill by the throat yet she was too busy to notice it. The sound began to grow louder and louder until it sounded as though something was right behind her. The female made the mistake of turning around and saw a dark brown male lion glaring at her.
